Bodhira — Buddhist Temple React JS Website Template

About This Item

Bodhira React is a Buddhist temple website, made for Buddhist temples and monasteries. It rebuilds the Bodhira design as a React 18 app with Vite. Every page is a function component, and React Router moves between all 34 pages without a reload.

It looks exactly like the Bodhira demo. Underneath, the temple logic runs in React state. That covers the moon phase and the Uposatha observance days worked out for every year and what is live in the shrine hall right now, and the page updates the moment a visitor changes an option.

Three Home Pages As Components

• Temple Of Buddha – a monk hero slider over drifting incense smoke, the temple dock.
• Buddhist Temple For World Peace – an ivory hero with the floating gilded header, the Three Jewels, the teacher.
• Open Hearts – a split navigation around a centred logo plate, the about collage, Lotus Bloom.

Temple Pages In React

• Lunar Calendar – the moon phase today, the Uposatha days and full moons of every month.
• Meditation – a timer with singing-bowl bells, interval bells and a sit log.
• Retreat Booking – retreat, start date on the retreat’s own rhythm, room, guests and extras.
• Classes – weekly classes with their next sessions and an RSVP capped by the seats left.
• Giving – causes with raised, goal and days left.
• Temple Shop – filters, sort and search, product page, bag, coupon, free-shipping meter, tax.

Getting Started

First, install Node 18 or newer. Then run npm install and npm run dev to open the site locally. When it is ready, npm run build writes static files that any host can serve.
