All-Access License

One plain license covers every item you download while your All-Access plan is active.

You Can

• Use every item you download in unlimited projects, for yourself or for clients, personal or commercial.
• Change, combine and rebrand the files as much as the project needs.
• Keep using an item in the projects you made with it after your plan ends.

You Cannot

• Resell, share, give away or upload the files themselves, changed or not, as templates, themes, kits or stock.
• Use an item in a product whose value is the item itself, such as another template store or a website builder.
• Use an item in an app or service that end users pay to use (SaaS) without a separate Extended license.
• Share your account or your downloads with anyone outside your own business.

When Your Plan Ends

New downloads stop. Everything you downloaded while the plan was active stays licensed for the projects you used it in.

What Is Not Included

Demo photographs are for preview only and are not part of the files. Fonts and icons inside each item carry their own free licenses, listed in its documentation.

Single Purchases

Templates bought one at a time on metropolitanhost.com come with that store’s own license.
