Questions
About the Plans
What is SlideSigma All-Access?
One subscription that lets you download every template in the catalog: website templates in every format, landing pages, admin dashboards, WordPress themes, UI kits and scripts, with every new release included.
How many items can I download?
As many as your projects need: every plan has unlimited downloads under fair use, up to 100 downloads a day and the same item up to 3 times a day. Automated or bulk downloading is not allowed.
How is the price shown per month?
Monthly is $27 a month. Yearly is $117 a year, which works out at $9.75 a month, 64% less than paying month to month. Lifetime is $349 once.
Can I use the templates for client work?
Yes. Every download can be used in unlimited projects, for yourself or for clients, personal or commercial.
What happens when my plan ends?
New downloads stop. Everything you downloaded stays licensed for the projects you used it in.
Does my plan renew by itself?
Yes. Monthly and Yearly renew automatically through PayPal until you cancel. Cancel any time in My Account or in your PayPal account, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is paid once and never renews.
Can I move to a bigger plan?
Yes, at any time: Yearly starts when your current access ends, so its year is added to your current end date and no day is paid twice. Lifetime applies at once, replaces any end date and stops auto-renew.
What is Lifetime?
Lifetime is paid once, $349, with unlimited downloads for as long as SlideSigma runs, early access to new templates, and lifetime support.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded anything, and within 30 days if an item does not work as described and we cannot fix it.
How can I pay?
With PayPal or a debit or credit card, in US dollars.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When an item is updated, download it again while your plan is active.
Can I buy one template instead?
Yes. Every MetropolitanHost item can also be bought on its own at metropolitanhost.com. The item page links to it.
