About This Item

Saisona React is a restaurant React template, made for seasonal restaurants with an open kitchen. It rebuilds the Saisona design as a React 18 app with Vite. Every page is a function component, and React Router moves between all 30 pages without a reload.

It looks exactly like the Saisona demo. Underneath, the restaurant logic runs in React state. That covers an à la carte that changes by the week number and the season and a fourteen-allergen matrix with filters, and the page updates the moment a visitor changes an option.

Three Home Pages As Components

• The Kitchen – a framed hero slider with the brigade’s faces and the week.
• The Brigade – a night home with the three seating areas and the next service each books.
• The Season – a landscape hero with the produce at its peak this week.

Restaurant Pages In React

• This Week’s Menu – 67 dishes, each on for its own weeks of the year.
• Allergen Matrix – the fourteen allergens against every dish of this week or next.
• Book A Table – chef’s counter, dining room or bar.
• The Year In Weeks – pick any of the 52 weeks for its season, its dates.
• The Open Kitchen – the step of the kitchen’s day the brigade is on.
• Careers – six open roles with station, contract, hours and pay.

Getting Started

First, install Node 18 or newer. Then run npm install and npm run dev to open the site locally. When it is ready, npm run build writes static files that any host can serve.
