Museums, galleries and heritage groups can put collections, events and fundraising online with Nina. This Tailwind CSS art gallery template gives museums and galleries a finished site, and Nina ships it with Tailwind CSS 4 styling across 23 pages.
The Tailwind CSS art gallery template includes a shop, an events listing, a donation section and a wishlist, so a gallery can sell, schedule and raise funds from one site. There are 5 home layouts, each with its own hero and gallery arrangement. A curator can pick the one that suits the current exhibition.
Visitors want to know what is on and when they can come. Countdown timers show how long remains before an exhibition or event begins. A date picker lets people choose a visit or event date, so scheduling happens on the page.
Swiper carousels present featured exhibitions and collections. The Magnific Popup lightbox opens artwork at full screen, because a painting needs room to be seen. The interface uses Flaticon and FontAwesome icons, while text is set in Google Fonts.
A gallery shop sells prints, books and merchandise, and each product has its own detail page. Visitors can add favourites to the wishlist, then return to them later. The donation grid presents fundraising causes, so supporters can see where gifts go.
Each hover and focus state is written beside the base classes in the markup, so a button on the Shop page is easy to read and adjust. In addition, a section’s styling travels with its HTML. You can copy an Events block into a Blog page, and the block looks the same there.
A typical first edit is the Home layout, followed by the About text and the Story Grid narrative for your own institution. After that they replace the shop items with real merchandise and update the event dates. Because styling lives in the markup, each edit stays on the page you are working on.
Every page opens straight away in a browser. If you want to change the look, the Tailwind source is in the download, ready to edit and build into fresh CSS. The preview photos are left out of the package and plain placeholders fill those spots, so your own artwork photography goes in. Documentation covers setup and customisation. Image credits go to Freepik and Unsplash, and the template works in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera.
