Employers, candidates and agency staff each get their own pages in this Tailwind CSS recruitment portal template, and Jobreaker uses Tailwind CSS 4 for its styling. It is made for job boards, recruitment agencies, career platforms, HR portals and employment listing businesses that need a working front end quickly.
Jobreaker ships with 19 pages and a choice of 2 home layouts. They split into vacancies, employers, candidates and account screens, so each side of a hiring platform has a place. Every page of this Tailwind CSS recruitment portal template also follows the same visual system.
Vacancies are the core of any job board, so these pages matter most.
Together they cover the loop of an employer posting, a candidate searching and then applying. Countdown timers can show when a vacancy expires, so deadlines are visible. A multi-step form can also guide an applicant through an application in stages.
Trust matters on both sides of a hiring platform, so profile pages carry real weight.
A recruitment agency can use these to present clients and talent side by side. When agencies pick a Tailwind CSS recruitment portal template, these directory pages are usually the first ones they open. Animated counters can also show jobs posted, candidates placed and client numbers.
The remaining pages support the business around the listings.
Slick carousels handle featured employers and testimonials, while the blog uses a Masonry grid. Isotope handles category filtering, and a Magnific Popup lightbox is included too. The icon sets are Flaticon and FontAwesome, while Google Fonts provides the typefaces.
The Tailwind theme holds the color, font and spacing settings in one spot, so editing it updates every page. For example, a new brand color updates the job archive, pricing page and login screen together.
Each section carries its styling as utility classes right in the HTML, so its look can be read and changed on the spot. The markup also defines hover and focus behavior beside each element’s default look, which makes buttons and job cards easy to adjust.
You can open the ready-made pages directly in a browser. For deeper changes, the package also carries the Tailwind source, which lets you modify the styles and compile them again. Because the demo photos are not shipped, neutral placeholders replace them until you add your own. Image credits for the preview go to Freepik and Unsplash.
The pages have been built for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera, and step-by-step documentation comes with the package.
