Highrise gives a high-rise residential developer or rental agency 15 pages for showing units, offers and building amenities. This Tailwind CSS apartment listings template has 2 home layouts, an Apartments list and a detail page for each unit. The styles use Tailwind CSS 4 utility classes, which keeps edits close to the markup.
The content is written for luxury apartment complexes, high-rise residential developers, rental agencies, boutique property developers and upscale real estate services. Freelancers and web agencies who build for property clients can start from the same pages. Because the layouts are done, they need only real units, rates and photos.
The main pages fall into a few groups:
The Restaurant, Blog, Blog Detail and Contact Us pages complete the set of 15.
Renters usually decide on size, availability and how the unit looks. The Apartments page uses NiceSelect dropdowns, so visitors can narrow the list quickly. DatePicker handles availability and viewing appointments, so a visitor can choose a day before sending an enquiry. Slick carousels carry featured properties and galleries, and Magnific Popup opens apartment and amenity images full screen. WOW.js adds scroll animations as visitors move down each page.
Apartment Detail matters most, because renters compare specifications and photos there before they contact you. Offers comes next, since a limited-time promotion gives an agency a reason to book a viewing now. Locations also counts when the neighbourhood is part of the pitch. Together, these three pages lead a visitor from search to enquiry in this Tailwind CSS apartment listings template.
The Restaurant page presents on-site dining and building amenities, which suits complexes that offer a lifestyle as well as floor space. Blog and Blog Detail carry property news and articles about living in the building. Contact Us has an enquiry form, an address and a map.
Each section carries its styling in its own HTML. When you copy an apartment card or an offers block to another page, it looks the same there. The Tailwind theme holds the colors, fonts and spacing in one place, so a single edit changes every page. The compiled CSS contains just the utilities the markup calls for, so unused styles stay out. That makes rebranding for a different building straightforward.
The pages open in a browser as delivered. The download also contains the Tailwind source, for changing the styles and compiling them again. Preview photos are replaced by neutral placeholders. The documentation explains setup and customisation. Icons use FontAwesome, and text is set in Google Fonts.
