About This Item

Hotels, resorts, chalets and the services around them can all run from one board in Hiboboard, a Tailwind CSS hotel management dashboard template that uses Tailwind CSS 4. It suits hotel groups, franchise brands, partner networks and software teams that sell to them.

Tailwind CSS Hotel Management Dashboard Template Contents

The Tailwind CSS hotel management dashboard template ships with 192 pages and 12 email templates, so a back end team starts with screens for almost every role. For example, the pages break down like this:

  • 162 dashboard pages for daily operations
  • 8 guest portal pages for travellers
  • 9 sign-in and onboarding pages
  • 7 system pages, such as 403, 404, 419, 500 and maintenance
  • 6 print views: invoice, statement, booking voucher, quote, ticket and report

The 12 emails cover welcome, password reset, team invitation, booking confirmation, quote, payment reminder, receipt, cancellation and refund, statement issued, application approved, review request and trial ending.

Hotel Management Stays, Rates and Bookings Pages

Revenue managers and front desk staff will spend most of their time here, because these pages hold the daily work of selling rooms.

  • Properties, unit types, units and allotments
  • A drag-and-drop tape chart, a rate calendar and a rate simulator
  • Restrictions, closures, seasons and rate plans
  • All bookings, booking details and a new-booking quote wizard
  • Enquiries with reply timers, front desk, guest folios and a waitlist

Housekeeping, work orders, inspections, a drag-and-drop rota, table reservations and catering sit alongside them for operations teams.

Ski, Water Park, Kids Club and Jet Charter Boards

Resort groups sell more than rooms, so the template also adds a board for each extra business.

  • Ski: lift passes with age prices, rentals, a mountain report and a ski school
  • Water park: attractions by zone, thrill and height, plus a park calendar
  • Kids club: care plans, enrolments, attendance and a kids menu with allergens
  • Jet charter: empty legs, jet cards and an ops board with a Zulu clock
  • Chauffeur dispatch board and retail pages for products, orders and returns

Franchise, Partner and Referrer Dashboard Pages

Groups that do not own every property also need different screens. For example, franchise pages cover agreements, territories, brand audits and royalty statements. Partner pages handle applications, KYC review, wallets and payouts. Referrers get tracked links, conversions and commission rules, while SaaS operators get plans, subscriptions and usage billing. Sidebar areas are labelled by role, so a back end can show each user only what they need.

Charts, Tables and Forms With Every State

Lists ship with empty, no-results, loading and error states, while forms include required-field errors, success toasts and an unsaved-changes prompt. So connecting real data needs no new design. Tools include:

  • ApexCharts area, bar, stacked, line, donut, radial and sparkline charts
  • Sortable tables with search, status filters and bulk actions
  • FullCalendar month views, date pickers and input masks
  • FilePond uploads, a Quill editor and a picker of 500 icons
  • A jsVectorMap world map and Google Maps

A command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K) jumps to any page, and in addition a voice and text assistant sits in the top bar.

Tailwind CSS 4 in the Hospitality Pages

Utility classes in the HTML carry the styling, so you can read and change a tape chart row or a booking card right where it sits. Only the classes these pages use reach the compiled CSS, so unused styles do not ship. Mobile-first breakpoint prefixes let the three-level sidebar fold to an icon rail on desktop, then open as a drawer on phones and tablets. Colours and tokens use CSS variables, so re-theming takes little time.

The download opens as finished pages, and the Tailwind source also comes with it for anyone who wants to rebuild the styles. Neutral placeholders take the place of the preview images. Icons come from Font Awesome Free 6.7.2 and the Hibo Icons font, and the fonts are Schibsted Grotesk and Onest. Documentation is included.

All 192 pages use W3C validated HTML with zero console errors, and each browser remembers the chosen theme.
