This Tailwind CSS metal fabrication template gives a steel manufacturer a quote builder, a grade list and plant pages in one design, and Ferrona builds it on Tailwind CSS 4. It suits fabricators that run laser cutting, bending, welding and coating across several plants.
The look is industrial: a cool grey ground, white panels, signal red and Mulish headings with vertical red side labels.
The quote is the centre of the site. The builder prices a part in four steps, so a buyer can see the cost before calling.
The template includes 33 HTML pages in total. The Tailwind CSS metal fabrication template also covers the trust and hiring pages that buyers of fabricated parts look for.
Most buyers start with grades, prices, plants and certificates. Ferrona drives quote pricing, lead times, cutting limits, tolerances, plant capacity, shift times, certificate cycles and career dates from one data block, so these edits stay in one place.
Tailwind CSS 4 helps with the visual side. Colors, fonts and spacing are set once in the Tailwind theme, so changing the signal red or the Mulish headings reaches every page. Only the classes the pages use reach the compiled CSS, so unused styles do not ship.
The template also ships with a light theme and a night theme on one switch, right-to-left support, and a currency switch for USD, EUR and GBP. WebGL layers show pipe runs at the band edges and a coil spring in the footer. Swiper sliders, Fancybox video popups and a lightbox gallery are included, and Font Awesome Free is loaded locally. Contact uses a working form with optional invisible reCAPTCHA v3.
The download opens as finished pages. It also holds the Tailwind source for anyone who wants to edit and rebuild the styles, plus documentation. Neutral placeholders replace the preview images.
Fonts are Mulish and Roboto from Google Fonts, and every page is built to work on phones, tablets and desktops.
