Project case studies, service pages and a consultation booking form sit together on one site in Constructi, a Tailwind CSS construction company template built with Tailwind CSS 4. It has 20 pages and 2 home layouts, so a builder can launch with little extra design work.
The layout suits several kinds of firms:
The 20 pages fall into a few groups, so each job has its own place.
A contractor often sells materials while also winning jobs. The shop has an archive, product pages with image zoom, a cart, a checkout and a wishlist. Isotope filtering sorts the shop and the case studies by category, so visitors find a project type quickly.
The Appointment Form page lets a client request a consultation. Animated CounterUp statistics can show projects completed, years operating and happy clients. A countdown timer fits project deadlines or promotional offers, and WOW.js animates elements as they scroll into view.
Slick carousels handle sliders, and Magnific Popup opens images in a lightbox.
Styling lives in utility classes inside the HTML. Because of that, you can read how the Services grid or the Checkout form looks right where it sits, and change it there. The compiled CSS also contains just the classes these pages call for, so unused styles stay out of the build.
A developer who knows utility classes can restyle this Tailwind CSS construction company template one section at a time, for example the case study cards or the product grid.
The Home layouts are usually the first edit. Buyers swap the hero text, then the service list and the case study cards. After that, they replace shop products with their own materials and update the Team page.
Every page opens directly in a browser, so you can check each edit as you make it. The download also holds the Tailwind source, which you can use to rebuild the styles after editing. The preview photos are not included and neutral placeholders stand in for them, so you add your own project photos. Icons come from FontAwesome and Flaticon, and the fonts load from Google Fonts. Documentation is included, and image credits go to Freepik and Unsplash.
The template works in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera.
