Bestate gives a real estate agency a place to show listings, agents and market news on 29 ready pages. It works as a Tailwind CSS real estate listings template for agencies, property portals, interior designers, architecture studios and individual agents. The design is written in Tailwind CSS 4, and each section carries its own styles.
The pack holds 29 pages and 2 home layouts. Home v1 opens with featured properties, area highlights, an agent showcase and testimonials. Home v2 uses a different hero and arranges property categories another way. So you can choose the home page that suits your inventory, then keep the rest of the site the same.
Around the homes sit About for the agency story and team, Services for what the agency offers, FAQ for buyer, seller and tenant questions, and Contact with a form, address, phone and map. Profile gives an agent or client an account page. Coming Soon and 404 are also included, so you can launch in stages.
Listings are the core of the site, and the Portfolio hub leads to 9 layouts. This Tailwind CSS real estate listings template pairs each view with sidebar choices, so filters can sit on either side or be left out.
A brokerage can use a sidebar when buyers filter by area, while an architecture studio may prefer Detail Classic for large project images.
Google Maps is built in with Infobox popups and MarkerClusterer, so nearby listings group into one marker. Visitors can then browse properties by location.
The blog comes in 4 formats: standard, gallery, video and single post. Archive and article pages also have left and right sidebar versions, which suits market updates and neighborhood guides. Swiper and Slick run the carousels for featured properties and testimonials. Jarallax adds parallax to backgrounds, and Magnific Popup opens property photos full screen.
Every section in Tailwind CSS 4 keeps its styling inside its own HTML. So a featured property block from Home v1 can be pasted into Services and look the same there. Hover and focus effects are written beside the base classes on listing cards and buttons, so you adjust them in one spot. Breakpoint prefixes make the layouts mobile-first, which matters when buyers browse listings on phones.
The compiled pages can be opened straight from the folder to preview them. A Tailwind source folder comes along too, for changing the design and compiling it again. Gray placeholder images fill the spots where the demo photos appeared, so you add your own property photos. Because this Tailwind CSS real estate listings template ships with placeholders, no stock pictures need removing first. Documentation is included for setup and customisation.
The template uses FontAwesome and Flaticon for icons, with Google Fonts for typography.
